Contracts now signed for Du Construction Ltd to deliver 17 new dwellings in Caernarfon for ADRA . Due to commence August 2022 this will be a 15 month project delivering much needed homes to the area.
Work has been completed on the former Llaingoch school site of 27 passive standard dwellings for Ynys Mon CC. These super-efficient air tight properties are a first for Ynys Mon and will prove an excellent house for their tenants with super low energy use. Completed on time and on budget
Work has commenced on the former Bull Bay hotel to refurbish and convert into 7 high quality apartments and 3 bespoke homes for a private client , contract period 60 weeks.
Recent refurbishment of prominent local restaurant and bar in Treaddur Bay working alongside shop fitters Dawnvale.

Full external refurbishment and insulation works together with associated groundworks. Contract total circa £800,000 , contract completion late August 2017
