Work has commenced on a bespoke sea front new build property in Trearddur Bay.
Over 3,000 ft of floor space will be constructed on the site of a demolished former cottage.
Located in a very exposed but stunningly beautiful location upon cliffs in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With panoramic views overlooking the sea, the Snowdonia Mountain range, the Llyn Peninsula and Holyhead Mountain the new home will become one of Anglesey’s finest properties.
The build is of contemporary modern design and highly insulted robust construction to withstand the coastal elements. With a variety of renewable/sustainable components including Ground Source Heat extracted from boreholes, solar PV and Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) the building is built for the future.
The house is split across a total of 10 levels and features a 13m long x 7m high slate spine wall, a 4m diameter light drum with integrated split level plywood concept helical staircase, standing seam roof, real tunnel fire and elevated outside spa.
Work is progressing well with the ground floor slab almost complete ( at time of notice ). Contract duration 12 months. More pictures to follow during construction.
