Marine Yard Complex Refurbishment –/Erecting shop and Timekeepers Office
The external restoration of the Timekeepers office has included external re pointing, stripping of existing profiled sheet roof and replacing it with Welsh slating with all associated leadwork and new fascia boards has transformed the building
Marine workshop
The external re pointing of the historic workshop buildings was carried out over a number of weeks ensuring no further deterioration internally would continue. Our team of stone masons recreated the original finish of many years past. The main roof cladding was also removed with new plastisol coated roofing panels fitted
Clock tower refurbishment
One of the most iconic buildings on the port was refurbished fully externally by ourselves. Work included full renewal of all roof slates and detailed lead work. The external render was removed and a new render applied with all block lines inserted
