Work has now been completed with the relocation of the existing Post Office into the town centre alongside the Chocolate box newsagents.

DU Construction undertook this work over 30 weeks to transform a derelict building into its present usage.

Working alongside architects Purcells and the councils Heritage conservation and planning department has resulted in bringing back to life this original high street building, using many traditional building methods and restoring where possible. The result being a great addition for the high street.

Works included the stripping and renewal of the roof slates, full internal strip out and all shop fitting for the Post office and newsagents, all M&E, plastering, decoration, new shop fronts and external works.
