Work is now underway on a £2 million pound refurbishment scheme for Ynys Mon Council in Llandeussant, Rhydwyn, Llanfairynghornwy and llanfaethlu.
This is the largest single contract awarded by the Housing department and our companies biggest scheme to date. Work is expected to be complete late March and includes the external upgrade of insulated render, new roofing, solar pv panels, extensive landscaping and fencing along with additional work items. We are extremely proud to be working in conjunction with Ynys Mon CC and hope to do so for the future.
